3.8 Da Fit is a versatile fitness tracking app that has quickly become a staple in my daily routine. With its user-friendly interface and robust features, it caters to both fitness enthusiasts and casual users alike. Here are some of the standout features that make Da Fit a must-have:
My journey with Da Fit began when I decided to take my fitness more seriously. Every morning, I strap on my smartwatch and open the app to track my runs. The app seamlessly syncs with my device, allowing me to monitor my progress in real-time. On weekends, I use it during hikes with friends, where it tracks our elevation gain and distance, making our adventures even more enjoyable. Additionally, I’ve started using the sleep analysis feature to understand my sleep patterns better, which has been eye-opening. I never realized how much my late-night screen time affected my rest until I saw the data laid out in the app.
The user interface of Da Fit is clean and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a dashboard that displays my daily activity, heart rate, and sleep data at a glance. The workflow is straightforward; I can easily switch between different tracking modes with just a few taps. Performance-wise, the app is responsive and rarely lags, even when I’m syncing data after a workout. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The motivational notifications keep me engaged, and the ability to customize my dashboard to highlight the metrics that matter most to me is a huge plus.
Da Fit is free to download and use, which is fantastic for anyone looking to dip their toes into fitness tracking without financial commitment. While there are premium features available for a subscription fee, I find that the free version offers ample functionality for my needs. The pricing for premium features is reasonable, making it accessible for those who want to enhance their experience further.
The developers of Da Fit are proactive in rolling out updates, which is evident in the app’s performance and feature enhancements. I’ve noticed improvements in the accuracy of tracking and the addition of new features over time. Customer support is also commendable; I reached out with a query about syncing issues, and they responded promptly with helpful solutions. This level of support gives me confidence in the app’s reliability.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, especially one that tracks personal health data. Da Fit is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During registration, the app requires basic personal information, such as age, weight, and fitness goals, but it does not ask for overly sensitive data, which I appreciate.
In terms of ads and tracking behavior, Da Fit does display some ads, but they are not intrusive. The app also provides options to opt-out of certain tracking features, allowing users to maintain a level of privacy. Overall, I feel secure using Da Fit, knowing that my data is handled responsibly and that I have control over what I share.

App has a lot of bugs that need to be worked out. The sleep portion is very inaccurate. It shows I go to sleep at 12:07AM every night, which is not correct as I rarely stay up that late. I don't use the watch for phone calls, but if I turn that feature off, the watch will not sync with phone. I'm very disappointed with app & only use the watch for the time feature, as it is really the only thing that works correctly. 😔

Works great. only a small complaint, for the watch face. there is almost unlimited options (only a app thing). i chose an image from my album i cant change the font of the clock itself and can only place in 2 spots. top right or top left corner. also the color options for clock are limited. on some images neither colors a good option it would look nice but then the image color or background makes it difficult to see.

I'm happy with the watch, it works great for the price, but after the most recent app update, the app is using up my phone battery like crazy. My phone went from 100% to 54% overnight, with the majority of the battery usage being this app. It's even worse during the day when I have to use the phone for other things during the day, because it's still draining on top of that. If this continues, I'll have to delete the app and buy a different brand watch.

One I'd appreciate seeing you change the temperature setting, to my watch's default setting. I'm totally fed up having the reset the stupid temperature setting, whenever this stupid thing decides to forget I use Fahrenheit. If you wouldn't allow third parties, to tell me that my software, needs upgrading, when they only want to install their software on my phone. I don't appreciate being played, with, and can buy another phone that doesn't monkey around like you do

For the price I paid for the watch, I am impressed the available functions, even though some are NOT accurate; especially, the sleep function and SPO2. However, the SPO2 is within a few points of another oximeter I compare it too, but the sleep function often fails to record when I get up and am awake, and when I go to sleep. The heart rate and blood pressure monitoring are close to other devices but are not perfect. If I retest inaccurate measurements, I get more accurate readings.
