No volume control. I installed and used all the functions successfully - except, I failed to attempt to control the TV volume before paying for the subscription. Then, I sent a message to their support asking if there happened to be a setting for the remote, Apple TV, or my TV that would allow their app to control the volume. I've heard nothing from them after a week. I'll eat the subscription cost, but the app deserves a less than one star review for this lack of functionality and support.

Works well for the most part. Biggest annoyance is with the keyboard. If I use the keyboard more than once per "session", it will copy and add to what I typed the previous times with each subsequent uses. I have to disconnect, then reconnect, to clear the memory of the previous thing I typed.

A bit laggy- mostly works but not always. I tried a few other remote apps and this was the closest I could find to being useable. It's got a nice clean interface similar to the actual Apple app that is free on my Apple devices but not available on android. I regret paying for the upgrade. It was stupidly expensive for what it is and all that it did was remove ads that weren't intrusive anyway. There is no real upgrade at all. I advise:Use the app for sure but don't bother with upgrade.

Time delay for input is wild. Press volume up. It goes up one level. Good. Phone registers next input at 1 second, but must wait 5 to raise volume again. Other reviews listed a $18 lifetime purchase. As of 4/18/2025 the subscription pricing is conflicting. In app it lists monthly $4.99, annual 14.99 and life 17.41. However if you click the bottom left corner for the subscription policy it lists monthly at 5.99, annual at 14.99 per month (not a typo), and 39.99 life.

App is terrible, have to restart the app anytime I don't use the remote for 1-2 minutes or use a different app on my phone. It loses the connection to Apple 4ktv and I have to restart it again. Volume can be changed literally 1 digit, then you have to wait for the volume on the screen to go away, then you can change 1 more single digit. Couldn't imagine paying $15 for this, amazon has cheap replacements for 9.99.
