4.4 CallApp: Caller ID & Block is a powerful tool that transforms the way we manage our phone calls. With its robust features, it not only identifies unknown callers but also provides a suite of functionalities that enhance the overall calling experience. Here are some of the standout features that make CallApp a must-have:
As someone who juggles multiple responsibilities, I often find myself in situations where I need to manage my calls efficiently. For example, while working from home, I frequently receive calls from unknown numbers. CallApp has been a lifesaver in these scenarios. The app not only identifies the caller but also provides the option to block spam calls instantly. On one occasion, I received a call from a number that was flagged as a spam caller. Thanks to CallApp, I was able to block it immediately, allowing me to focus on my work without distractions.
The user interface of CallApp is intuitive and user-friendly. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean layout that made navigation a breeze. The workflow is seamless; I can easily access the caller ID feature, view call logs, and manage my contacts all in one place. The performance has been impressive as well—calls are identified quickly, and the app runs smoothly without any lag. Overall, my experience with CallApp has been overwhelmingly positive. It has not only simplified my calling experience but also provided me with peace of mind knowing that I can block unwanted calls effortlessly.
CallApp is free to download and use, which is a significant advantage for anyone looking for a reliable caller ID and blocking solution. While there are premium features available for a fee, the free version offers a comprehensive set of tools that cater to most users' needs. I found that the free version was more than sufficient for my daily requirements, making it a cost-effective choice.
The developers of CallApp are proactive in providing updates and support. I’ve noticed regular updates that enhance the app's functionality and fix any bugs. Additionally, the support team is responsive and helpful. When I had a question about a feature, I reached out via their support page and received a prompt reply, which reassured me that they value user feedback and are committed to improving the app.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to apps that handle personal data. CallApp is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide minimal personal information, which I appreciated. The app does not ask for excessive permissions, ensuring that my data remains secure.
In terms of ads and tracking behavior, CallApp does display ads, but they are not intrusive. I have not noticed any aggressive tracking or data collection practices, which is a relief. Overall, I feel confident using CallApp, knowing that my privacy is respected while still enjoying the benefits of its features.

I've changed my mind. After having this app for a couple of years, it is now putting up full-screen ads with no way to shut them off, so while the ad is up, you can't text, call, read your texts at all until it decides on its own to take the add down. It usually puts yet another ad up, which you can't turn off either. It's a major inconvenience at best and at worst, it could prevent the phones use in an emergency. I can just see a lawsuit coming from somewhere, when emergency responders can't b

Excellent app for blocking calls. However, I have one complaint. I have a message in my messages spam list that is on my contact list in the phone. Furthermore, there is no way to move that message into my accepted messages. As such, I've downgraded the app to a 4-Star rating. I have also purchased the Premium plan--which is a one-time cost that is less than other annual spam call-blocking apps available. And I have made comparisons for features, and they tie.

I've used this app for a couple of days. I wanted to see how it was doing with recording the calls. I've poked through all the menus, corners, and options I could find in the app but I can't find any mention of recording calls, though it states here in Play that it records calls. I will email customer support in a few minutes. If they tell me I need to sibscribe to get the recording functionality, I will immediately delete this app. I gladly will pay for a subscription but not UNTIL AFTER Io

app makes pop ups that can interrupt what your doing. I had to completely restart a service because the popup essentially closed the program. it also doesn't have voicemail. and for whatever reason it just doesn't work like the phone app it'll make a double ring when it rings. also, it's very easy to miss a missed call. it also did nothing to help with spam Don't waste your money

I was just about to change my number because the spam calls have gotten so out of control. I figured I give a few spam blockers a try first. After going through them all, and being asked to pay after a trial, I found this one. Which seems so perfect already, I can't imagine how the paid version could make it even better. And unlike the other apps of its kind, the free version sold itself. I will definitly be purchasing! I have "do not disturb" turned off for the 1st time in months! Yay!
