4.2 As someone who juggles a busy work schedule, finding time to hit the gym can be a challenge. That's where "Lazy exercise at home" comes into play. I typically use the app in the early mornings before work, when my energy levels are still high. On days when I feel particularly sluggish, I opt for a quick 15-minute workout that gets my blood pumping without overwhelming me. Additionally, during lunch breaks, I sneak in a few stretches or a short yoga session using the app, which helps me recharge for the rest of the day. The flexibility of being able to exercise anywhere, whether it’s in my living room or even at the office, has made a significant difference in my fitness journey.
The user interface of "Lazy exercise at home" is incredibly intuitive. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a clean layout that makes navigation a breeze. The main dashboard displays my workout options, progress, and community updates in a visually appealing manner. I particularly appreciate the feature workflow; selecting a workout is as simple as tapping a button. The app performs smoothly, with minimal loading times, which is crucial when I’m trying to squeeze in a quick session. After using the app for several weeks, I feel more energized and motivated to stay active. The combination of engaging workouts and a supportive community has transformed my approach to fitness.
"Lazy exercise at home" offers a free version with basic features, which is perfect for beginners. However, I opted for the premium subscription, which unlocks advanced workouts and personalized coaching. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the value it provides. I find that the investment is well worth it, as it keeps me committed to my fitness goals and offers a variety of options to keep my routine fresh and exciting.
The developers of "Lazy exercise at home" are proactive in providing updates and support. I’ve noticed regular updates that introduce new workouts and features, which keeps the app feeling fresh. Whenever I’ve had questions or encountered minor issues, the customer support team has been responsive and helpful. They genuinely seem to care about user feedback, which adds to my overall positive experience with the app.
As an American user, I take security and privacy seriously, and "Lazy exercise at home" does a commendable job in this regard. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During registration, I was only required to provide minimal personal data, which is a relief compared to many other fitness apps that ask for excessive information. I also appreciate that the app does not bombard me with ads, and I haven’t noticed any intrusive tracking behavior. The developers have made it clear that user privacy is a priority, which makes me feel safe while using the app to track my fitness journey.

Perfect for adding quick movement to a busy workday. The 4 to 8 minute chair and bed exercises are super easy to squeeze in between work tasks, and the animations keep it simple to follow along. It's a great low-impact option if you don't have equipment. There are a decent amount of ads, but the workout variety makes it a really solid habit builder

Blocked notifications and didn't give it any extra permissions, but it still spams me with notifications all the time. The fact you have to go into the settings in such a convoluted way to turn off alarms forced onto us is extra obnoxious. It didn't stop the notifications either. Why can't we just do it from the app? There's no way to change when the alarms strike, so people with unusual sleep times have to deal with being woke up from the alarms or them going off during work. It's inconvenient

Would have loved this app with 5 stars, but way too many ads. I like that it automatically reminded me to drink water every hour, so I gave it 2 stars. However, with every reminder was one or more ads that you have to wait for before being able to exit the ad. I would spend half of my day exiting ads. I'm uninstalling this app that I just installed today. 😵

There is way too many ads for this app to function. I click on one thing and it pops up an ad, I click on another thing to go back to the home screen another ad. Then I click on a workout and there is an ad. Please stop giving me ads. And also a nice app if you take away the ads. Although I like that it is free app to use. Thank you so much, and have a nice day.

I had to delete the app. I opted out of notifications and kept getting them to drink water. So I went to the app in my settings and there was another spot that said alarms so I opted out of that too. But I kept getting told to drink water and other tasks under the label of "this phone". But it was also labled this app. I don't like when apps invade your phone and hide among other systems. So I deleted the app to stop the notification/alarms that I didn't want. Hopefully that will stop it.
