4.9 If you're on the lookout for a reliable weather app, "Local Weather Forecast - Radar" stands out with its impressive features that cater to both casual users and weather enthusiasts alike. Here are some of the core highlights that make this app a must-have:
As someone who enjoys outdoor activities, I find myself reaching for the "Local Weather Forecast - Radar" app multiple times a day. Whether I'm planning a weekend hike or just deciding what to wear for work, this app has become an essential part of my routine. For instance, last Saturday, I had planned a family picnic. I checked the app in the morning, and it indicated a high chance of rain in the afternoon. Thanks to the accurate forecast, we decided to move our picnic to the morning, which turned out to be a great decision as we enjoyed a sunny day without any interruptions.
The user interface of "Local Weather Forecast - Radar" is sleek and modern, making it visually appealing. Upon opening the app, I am greeted with a clean layout that displays the current temperature and weather conditions prominently. Navigating through the app is seamless; I can easily switch between the radar map, hourly forecasts, and severe weather alerts with just a few taps. The performance is impressive as well; the app loads quickly, and I have not experienced any crashes or lagging. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I appreciate how the app keeps me informed without overwhelming me with unnecessary information.
"Local Weather Forecast - Radar" is free to download and use, which is a significant advantage for users who want reliable weather information without breaking the bank. While there are some in-app purchases available for premium features, the free version is robust enough for most users. I have found that the app provides excellent value, especially considering the quality of the forecasts and alerts.
The developers of "Local Weather Forecast - Radar" are proactive in providing updates, ensuring that the app remains functional and user-friendly. I have noticed regular updates that enhance features and fix any bugs. Additionally, customer support is responsive; I once had a question about a feature, and I received a helpful reply within a day. This level of support gives me confidence in the app's reliability.
When it comes to security and privacy, "Local Weather Forecast - Radar" takes user concerns seriously. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. Upon installation, I was pleased to find that the app does not require excessive personal data for registration. It only asks for location access, which is essential for providing accurate weather forecasts.
In terms of ads and tracking behavior, I have noticed that the app displays minimal ads, which do not interfere with the user experience. The developers have made it clear that they prioritize user privacy, and I appreciate that they do not engage in aggressive tracking practices. Overall, I feel secure using this app, knowing that my personal information is handled with care.

I only downloaded this a few minutes ago, but I already love it. The format makes sense; I'm not searching around endlessly, trying to find things like I did on other weather apps I was trying out - they are all logically where they should be. Very easy on the eyes, too - nice colors. Only one "forever" payment of $2.99 in total to remove ads AND update to the pro version. I haven't done that yet. So far, I haven't seen any ads at all! I highly recommend this app. 👍

It's not very accurate. Sometimes takes awhile to update the real temperature. For instance it's 88 according to other weather apps but it says 92. That's a bigger difference than it should be especially for a paid app. I've tried closing and reopening. There have been issues off and on since I've gotten this app. 60% of the time it's usually accurate but other times not so much. To be fair most weather apps are wonky but you'd think one you pay for wouldn't be.

Great app! Visually pleasing. $5 for pro is a no-brainer. If you don't like ads it's a cup of coffee and coffee can't forecast. I see a lot of reviews of people downloading knowing there's going to be ads and then get upset because there's ads - these ppl should go dl more RAM. Sure ads are annoying but why have a mini computer in your pocket and not want to spend $5 on a very useful app. $5 is well worth it, unless you think you're better off complaining about free stuff.

I prefer to observe the day to day (7-day) forecast from left to right, rather than from top to bottom, but the information is well organized and updates regularly. I really appreciate the hour to hour predictions. Another aspect that I'm glad is included in this weather app is details of the wind, and the related wind chill factor, (titled as the) "real feel". I'm considering going 'solar', so the 'sun-up' to 'sun-down' schedule has been particularly useful lately.

This is a beautifully designed app. I only had one problem with it. I purchased the pro version for $5 but it kept showing a full screen ad when I opened the app. The solution to this problem is to turn off the "daily weather" in the settings, then when you open the app you will not see an ad, but you will still receive daily weather, of course, elsewhere in the app.
