The app would not send me a password reset email, even though I definitely have an account, so I can't get back into my account. Hopefully this gets fixed because the guest account is not great either. If you decide to make a change to the pickup type (inside or drive through), everything you've entered is cleared from the form (contact info and payment), so you have to re-enter everything.

I don't normally rate, but how can you have a mobile food app that is not compatible with Google pay. Makes no sense why I can order from most other big chains and just use my card already stored within Google pay, but Herr I have to add it manually to my account which does not even offer 2fa(2 factor authorization). Also when trying to use a coupon for $3 off an order of $10 or more didn't work when my order was $16 without tax. Really need to get their stuff together.

Normally a good and reliable app, but it has started having buggy issues, including app errors that don't fully process the transaction, but charge my card. Chris was great to work with last time, but this time I won't be submitting a replacement order after app error (prevent from double charging). TBD if my card gets charged *this time* or not

Went to make a $10 order. Added $5 off reward. Suddenly, DQ thinks $5+$5=$15. that's fraud. If you don't want to let me use a $5 off any order of $5 or more, say that, instead of adding the $5 for the sake of keeping the the same price after "deducting" the coupon. I don't mind paying full price, but I'm not ok with using my points and not actually receiving the reward.

The app is pretty good with keeping notifications on deals or special events to earn points, discount deals, and allowing you to scan receipts for points, or earn them from having deal barcodes scanned. The slight issue is that the order history says you ordered tomorrow instead of today, doesn't always count certain days you used special deals like the Bogo deals for extra points, and history doesn't say what you ordered, just the points.
