4.7 Frontier Airlines has made a name for itself in the budget travel sector, and its app is a testament to that commitment. With a user-friendly interface and a range of features designed to enhance the travel experience, the Frontier Airlines app stands out. Here are some of its core features:
As a frequent traveler for both work and leisure, I often find myself reaching for the Frontier Airlines app. One particular instance was when I had to book a flight for a last-minute business trip. I was in a rush, and the app's intuitive design allowed me to quickly search for available flights, compare prices, and finalize my booking within minutes. Another scenario was during a family vacation when I needed to check in and manage our seats. The app made it easy to ensure that my family and I were seated together, enhancing our travel experience.
The user interface of the Frontier Airlines app is clean and straightforward, making navigation a breeze. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a well-organized home screen that displayed my upcoming trips and quick access to booking options. The workflow for booking a flight is seamless; I simply entered my departure and arrival cities, selected my dates, and the app presented me with a list of available flights. Performance-wise, the app is responsive, with minimal loading times, which is crucial when you're on the go. Overall, my experience using the app has been positive, as it combines functionality with a user-friendly design that caters to the needs of travelers.
Frontier Airlines is known for its budget-friendly pricing, and the app reflects this ethos. When booking through the app, I found competitive fares that often beat other airlines. Additionally, the app frequently offers exclusive deals and discounts, making it an excellent tool for budget-conscious travelers. I appreciate that the app clearly outlines the base fare and any additional fees, allowing me to make informed decisions about my travel budget.
The Frontier Airlines app is regularly updated, ensuring that users have access to the latest features and improvements. I noticed that the app had received a recent update that enhanced the booking process, making it even more efficient. In terms of support, the app provides various resources, including FAQs and direct customer service options. I had a minor issue with my booking, and the in-app support feature allowed me to resolve it quickly, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, especially one that handles personal travel information. The Frontier Airlines app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, such as my name, email address, and phone number, which is standard for travel apps. However, I appreciated that the app clearly outlines its privacy policy, detailing how my data would be used and protected.
In terms of ads and tracking behavior, I noticed that the app does display some promotional content, but it is not overly intrusive. The tracking features seem to be focused on enhancing user experience rather than invasive advertising. Overall, I feel confident using the Frontier Airlines app, knowing that my personal information is handled with care and that the app prioritizes user security.

Just awful. There is NO WAY to avoid using this terrible app, and at times it forces you to add upgrades/apply for their stupid credit card in order to proceed through the booking steps. I am signed up to earn miles for trips, but for some insane reason, my mileage number never seems to attach to the flights I pay for. This seems like something that you'd be able to fix in the app, but when I try to add the details manually, I get an error message. This has happened despite multiple attempts.

I had to remind myself why I fly Delta. The app won't allow me to check in because of server problems (it's been 5 hours). The help chat crashes or just doesn't work at all. So I called the customer service line and basically was told, oh well, figure it out. keep in mind the app is the only way to check in. Save yourself the trouble and fly something else. This company does not value your money.

tried several times on both the app and the website to book over the course of 20mins. It kept failing with errors. log me out several times. each time I started booking, I made no changes at all, kept selecting the same flights (premium) started at $550, then I went up to $590, Then finally the last time I tried to book a flight it let me through to the booking page and ended up at $700. total scam.

the only thing worse than this app is the terrible airline it's associated with. the app is buggy, won't let me add my own trip (cuz it says I'm not a passenger despite totally being a passenger). So good luck boarding the plane without a "CURRENT" boarding pass. Spoiler: a screenshot one won't work because Frontier and their App team want to make the experience as unpleasant as possible. I'm switching back to Southwest. This airline and their app are total trash. Can't wait to get rid of both.

go wild is a scam. flights can fill up and they intentionally obscure flight capacity details. some flights are just greyed out for no reason, even if it's not a black out day and it's less than 24 hours in advance. everything takes some time to load, except the credit card ad, of course. there are upsells on every click, literally. dark web design final boss. you still pay fees, but fees are nearly half the flight anyway. hardly a worth while deal at full price. mostly benefits frontier.
